Purpose of the Policy: This Privacy Policy governs how our app collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each a “User”) of the ACSLP mobile application (“App”). The App facilitates communication between the school and registered parents, specifically for tuition fee payments and updates about school events. Protecting our users’ privacy and personal information is paramount to us.

This policy outlines how we will collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when using our App. We will ensure that all information is collected legally and transparently, used responsibly, and stored securely.

Types of Information Collected: We collect personal identification information (such as names and email addresses using Firebase login). Rest all the information displayed on the app will be pulled through the web application and not stored in the app.

Method of Collection: The user shares all the information at the time of account creation on the web app for admission.

Purpose: The information we collect facilitates communication between parents and the school, securely processes tuition fee payments through our payment gateway, and sends updates or notifications about school events and activities.

Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or rent Users’ personal identification information to others. We may share generic aggregated demographic information unrelated to personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners like Google for analytics. We may share personal information with the school administration only when necessary for processing payments and facilitating communication.

4. User Rights

Access and Control: Users have the right to access their personal information, correct any inaccuracies, and request the deletion of their data on the web app /School administration.

Protection Measures: We adopt appropriate data collection, storage, processing practices, and security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of your personal information. This includes encryption, secure software development practices, and using secure servers.

Breach Notification: In the unlikely event of a data breach, we will notify affected users via email within a reasonable timeframe, along with details of the affected data, the impact, and the actions taken to secure the data and prevent future breaches.
